Sham is falsely advertising on Booksy and is lying about her location. After booking with her I received a text the day of my appointment informing ...me of the Sham’s actual location and immediately called to cancel because the location does not work for me. Sham charges upfront so I requested a refund (which is only right because I booked this appointment due to her false advertisement telling me she was located on my neighborhood). I reminded her multiple times to provide a refund but she never did. Don’t do business with this barber…
