Ricardo, I apologize you left my shop feeling anything less than satisfied. Especially as a return client. As you are aware, every service comes with a consultation. You did not know what haircut you wanted this time, so i asked multiple clarifying questions. I asked for a picture reference, which you did not have. You told me how you styled your hair to the side, that is how it was cut. I remained professional the entire time. We had general conversation and discussed a movie and i showed it to you. There was no focus on the TV over your service. Every service also includes me handing clients the mirror twice. You voiced no concerns either time. You paid and you left. When you returned it was during another client’s appointment who should be arriving. You then explained that you wanted a completely different haircut. I then told you that since you wanted an entirely different cut than explained before, i would usually have to charge. But i wouldn’t charge you the next time, and that we would get it right.
