Hi Jamal! In regards, to your first appointment, I notified you with ample time that I had a family emergency that I needed to attend to( taking my 4 year old son to the ER) and needed to reschedule. I processed to ask via text if you are available the following day for a haircut FREE of charge due to the inconvenience. That message went on with no response. Today you book an 8pm, which you text me at 7:49pm as I quote “Hey Kevin, this is Jamal, your 8o’clock appt. I’m running about 10 minutes behind waiting on these buses but I’m down the street”. Per signing the grace period waiver prior to booking today's appointment it indicates the grace period of 10 minutes. I waited an additional 10 minutes in shop after the 10 minutes you indicated that you’d be late in good will for the other night. As you hadn't arrive In a timely manner, we decided to close the shop for the night at 8:20pm. Our proven track record shows that we try and go above and beyond for clients and Trim NYC, is passionate about serving the community. It's unfortunate that you didn't arrive on time today to experience our services. Since I can't reply to your reply. I did wait until 8:20. My grace period clear states my policy. You text me that you'd be late. Not response need you still arrived after my 10 minute grace period. If we required a deposit you would have arrive in ample time.
