I came in for my 11 AM appointment 10 minutes early and waited in the lo...bby area for over an hour with no update on when I would be sitting in the chair. Hey Chris, I had no idea that you was sitting in the lobby. You could have sent me a message saying you was here but there is multiple rooms with barbers in the building. I had no way of knowing you was here. One thing I don’t do is waist ppl time because I dont want that for myself. I’m sorry that this situation has happened & can move forward from this in the future.
