So .......... I was supposed to get rescheduled and never did I was asked to reschedule 8 mins before my appointment , even when I have to reschedule or cancel I PAY FOR THE MISSED APPOINTMENT, WHICH I DONT GET NUN FOR YOU HAVING TO RESCHEDULE ME whi...ch is annoying due to my work schedule texted her didn’t get a text back like wtf I even referred people to her who said they waited for hours then they had to reschedule I feel like you pick and choose who you wanna service regardless of them scheduling which is fucked up and it’s mainly to BLACK PEOPLE, Gotta do better man

I had this appointment booked for over a week via this app. I got there five minutes before the appointment. I rang the door bell three times and texted that I was outside but there was no reponse. I waited for 15 mins and nothing. Its been 4 hours a...nd I haven't gotten a phone call or text about it. This isnt the first time ive had issues with appointments. Once, before I showed up and she was not there. Her family member had to tell me that she was not there and they didnt know if she was going to make it. Ive been rescheduled a few times due to unforseen things that come up. I think this is unprofessional and the unreliability is just annoying. Wont be booking anymore with her.
