      A very quick and easy process! There is no damage to your tooth or enamel. The lead free Swarovski crystal is 100% reversible. The Swarovski Crystal is applied using a similar process as braces, being bonded to a tooth using professional dental grade glue. Pricing does vary, depending on how many you get. The more you get at once, the more of a discount I can offer. **Cancellation/no show fee** A $30 cancelation fee will be charged for anyone that cancels (without rescheduling). She’s great at what she does but she is very unprofessional she’s always canceling appointments, sometimes you get there just to realize it closed and... she never let you know she wasn’t going to make it. Then when you call her out for not letting you know she was wrong for not letting you know she’s not making the appointment she turns it around on you making it seem like it’s your fault. Show more

You’re right Kassandra, you weren’t 20 minutes late. You were 15 minutes late to your 15 minute appointment. I did make it very clear I would not be accepting late appointments around the holidays. I do not own the building so I cannot control the lights. You come after 5 almost every appointment, so I feel you have a sound understanding that the lights turn off at 5 since you’ve been coming to me for months. It saddens me to see you’re frustrated. I hope you enjoy your holiday!
