She never answered the door or phone. Her voicemail box is full so I couldn’t leave a message. I had my girlfriend knock several times, no answer. This is not how I do business and I want to apologize for any inconvenience that this cost you. I would love to do your hair for free just to show you that this is not who we are. I just moved to the shop about 3 months ago. I do not have a wheelchair ramp at the shop but there was one at the other. I was at band camp for a whole week and I was not at the shop but one of my workers was so I do apologize for any inconvenience this cost you and would like to fix it in any way.
