Johnathan, let’s set the record straight. You booked Half Head Starter Locs—I have the screenshot of your appointment and will be uploading it to confirm that you did not book a retwist. When you arrived, it was clear that your entire head needed starting, and we had a full conversation about it, which you agreed to. Now, as for your claim of leaving with “little to nun”—that’s dishonest Johnathan, and you know it. I trimmed a tiny amount of damaged split ends so your loc journey could be started correctly. That is not optional, it’s a part of the service, and I do it for every single client who starts locs with me. You knew this because I explained it before I ever made a snippet. I didn’t take off enough to even measure, and you had no issue with it during your appointment, Johnathan. Let’s be very clear, Johnathan: you did not come in for a retwist (which is not even possible on an AFRO that isn’t loc’d). You came in for starter locs—and that’s exactly what you received. If you had any concerns, the honorable and adult thing to do would have been to address them with me directly, instead of leaving a false one-star review after laughing and talking with me the entire appointment. I will not tolerate lies on my name, Sugar. Good luck on your loc journey.
