Had the appt booked for weeks. Received multiple reminders of the appt as well. The day of, i arrived 5min early, as of 9:35 he was no where in the bu...ilding. I called, messaged, nothing. Hours later, he messaged me saying he'd "blocked" that wknd & i shouldn't have been able to book. Extremely unprofessional & absolutely wasted my time! Show more
