Took my oldest son for a quick haircut before his school pictures. Kay did an amazing job. She was professional and listened to how he wanted to style... his hair and gave him the best cut he has had in years! She also cut my hair and did a wonderful job. I skipped the beard trim this time but have had Jason shape up my beard and it was perfect. Just a great experience with great attention to detail. We will be back. Show more

He takes pride in his wo...rk and spends as much time with the styling as he does cutting. Throw in a straight razor shave and you have got a real experience. Northshore barber is highly recommended. I have two cowlicks and gave specific instructions to accommodate for these. The barber was horrible at communication, albeit a language barrier. Rega...rdless, this is no excuse for how horrible this cut was. Supercuts can do better. Also the place is chuegy as hell, the mid 2000s tuscan craze is over guys. Show more

The owner did not let the ONE stylist working that two of us (customers) had signed up online last night for morning appointments. A person who had ca...lled shortly before my appt got my time slot. Two of us had to wait for over a half hour for our cuts. The stylist did a good job but my cut was not what I really wanted. I felt for the stylist because of the confusion, so I didn’t push the issue. I probably won’t go back to this shop even though it is 5 min from my house. Too bad. Show more
