Client arrived at the shop 30 mins before her scheduled appointment, which is the reason a client was in the chair when she arrived. However she was in the chair at the start of her 11:15 appointment. I finished her appointment as scheduled. She asked if I can just cut her next child’s hair who appointment wasn’t until 1pm. I informed her that I had a client coming in (12pm) and wouldn’t be able to squeeze him in as I only had 15 minutes and needed 30. She did pay for both cuts as I assumed she would show for both. But she left and cancelled the 1pm appointment which was considered a late cancellation due to the time she canceled the appointment. The app is set to charge for late cancellation, there was an attempt made, but not successful. I would refund any funds that is in excess of the hair cut and cancellation fee. I do apologize for missing her calls I was working with clients at the time. And would have returned her call in my free time.
