Although Kiera can do really good hair, her lack of professionalism, time management and responding to texts is horrible. This was the third strike an...d I’m utterly disappointed. Sent a message yesterday morning, due to being on a crunch time for today and having an event, she said everything was good to go. Showed up to her apartment and received a text message 10 minutes before my appointment start time, that her alarm didn’t go off and she was on the other side of town, which is always the scenario. There has been times I had to purchase my own hair, with no discount. Won’t be back she’s not reliable and I’m tired of wasting my time and gas and toll money. Show more
