I left there with my daughter wondering what just happened. I woke up the next day still confused. Thankful this was our 2nd appointment of the day bu...t I live 3.5 hours away and had this planned for months. Very disappointing. We started 36 minutes past our appointment time and then abruptly ended our appointment 20 mins early stating there was nothing more for her to try. She tried on 5 dresses. We only got an hour there and had to wait 5-8 min for her to try and find a dress for her to which were everything but what she was looking for. She would tell her what she didn’t like about the dress and then bring another dress with the exact same style she didn’t like. It was actually either shocking or comical still not sure. Show more

LA Bridal was absolutely amazing. As a bigger girl, I have so much fear going into these dress fittings as many places don’t have gorgeous options in ...plus sizes. However, I felt so comfortable. The first dress I put on fit perfectly and I felt so beautiful. Every dress after that was the same. Avery was so amazing to work with and I would recommend her time and time again. She was real, honest, and human. She made me feel so beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this store to any bride looking for her dress for the big day. Show more

My experience was amazing with Kiana! This was the first shop, first appointment for my wedding dress search and I fully intended to try on all the s...tyles, all the fabrics, etc. to just determine what I wanted. Kiana was so helpful in listening to what I liked in each dress and what I didn't like and then pulling more that she thought might fit the bill. The moment I put on my dress everyone knew it might be the one but it needed just a little something more. Kiana suggested a customization and then clipped an example together in the skit and let me tell you, immediate happy tears. Incredible experience and a one and done dress search for me! Show more

I had Sarah Johnson as my stylist and she was AMAZING!! She asked me what style dresses I was looking for and I asked if she had any dresses that were... black or any dresses that came in black and she pulled a bunch of different styles that flowed with my body type. I also like how she pulled dresses that had detachable sleeves and straps. She also had the Anniston collection dresses and even though we knew the black one wouldn't fit me, she let me try it on and once I did I fell in love with it!! My appointment with Sarah was the best dress appointment I've ever had!! Is there a possibility that I can have her again when I come back in September? ☺️❤️💯🙌🏻 Show more
