From the beginning of service the greeting was very warm. She was very open and welcoming, and very much tuned in to how I described the haircut I wan...ted. She kept me engaged in conversation and was genuinely interested in what I had to say, and she was very much present in the conversation as she was very open in sharing details about her life. She exceeeded my expectations of how I imagined my hair to look like. She was able to cut my hair short enough that my hair was not unruly. And it wasn’t too short that it was spiked. I could still comb it which is what I wanted. She was very thorough in her approach to the fade. She took her time edging my hair as well. I don’t have pictures right after the haircut, but I was more than happy to let her take pictures of me because I knew the haircut was executed perfectly. I would highly recommend her. Show more
