Rob is very professional, warm and friendly, pays... attention to great details, my concerns and does his utmost to see that I am very satisfied! Ron is very proud of the cut he gives his customers, as I have observed waiting for my turn! I’m originally from the West TN area. I’ve lived in Nashville for a few years now. I would wait to get my hair cut when I would go back to the Jacks...on TN and visit my family once a month because the barber there Robert Murphy has been cutting my hair for 20 years. I’ve slowed down on my West TN visits so told Robert I needed to find me a barber in Nashville and he recommended his son Robert Murphy Jr. I tried him today. Arrived at barbershop at 1:50pm for my 2:15pm appointment- Unexpectedly, my time was shifted to 3:00pm. At 3:00pm, I went back inside I realized someo...ne was at the station. I was told by the barber he will be reaching via text message once he’s finish. At 4:05pm he was finished with the person he had. I figured it was my time; after going back to him he stated he doesn’t feel like cutting my hair, I did asked what was the reason - he stated there wasn’t any and I could ask another barber to cut me. At this time, I felt humiliated, profiled and discriminated. Very unprofessional service disseminated - I strongly advised others to look elsewhere. Show more
