Doesn’t really look like me or my daughter’s hair was done and style isn’t done how I described. I enjoyed the service. My wash was very relaxing and ...the retwist was nearly painless. I appreciate the use of plant based natural products. I was misinformed on the price as well. I sent my idea of a style several days in advance and was told to book for “Option 1 - $100+”. I was never told if it would be more than $100 or what exactly it would be. It was significantly higher; almost double. I paid with no issue but if I didn’t come with that amount of money then what could I have done ? All in all, I enjoyed the service. My hair doesn’t look like it just got done even after taking care of it at night. Price communication was unacceptable in my opinion. Show more
