Do not come here for a wax. They struggled to get most of my hair off my face. Typically when you’re getting a face wax, you want a decent amount of h...air so that you can catch it. They overcharged me for a job that wasn’t completed. If they didn’t know how to wax they could’ve just turned me away instead of taking my money and overcharging. It took TWO people to wax my face and they still couldn’t do it correctly.

10/10 from start to finish! Janeth did an amazing job on my color and cut even with our language barrier!! Ana was extremely helpful with translating ...what I was wanting and even helping pick the right color with ChatGPT! I added on eyebrow and lip waxing and my eyebrows haven't looked this good in 20 years. I had called my fiance' to come help translate initially but Janeth got it handled so fast. So he ended up getting his hair cut by Ana😁 and it looks great!!! Also their coffee is on point! We'll absolutely be back!
