I am inside the epo beauty salon in Cary NC. 1125 Kildaire Farm Rd #207, Cary, NC 27511 WAIVER All clients are expected to read, sign, and date a waiver in order to revive any service on this site. Deposit/Bookimg A $25 non refundable retainer is required upon booking. This retainer will secure your spot. Retainer must be sent VIA cash app, Apple Pay, or Venmo within 1 hour of booking please :) $keosoul @keosoul - No retainer, NO appointment. You can pay the remainder at the time of the service. LASH FILLS Team work makes the dream work! WE will maintain your lashes. During this session I will remove old, grown out lashes, and replace with new ones. Discuss your aftercare routine, and ensure you're taking all the right steps outside of the salon. Please book your fill according to the set you have. If you would like to upgrade to hybrid or volume, be sure too click the add on option upon booking. A $20 deposit is to be sent within one hour of booking or your appointment will be canceled. ARRIVAL TIME Please arrive on time as I often have appointments back to back. Call if any issues, it's ok things happen! LATE FEE/CANCELLATION POLICY Every Client gets a 15 Minute grace period. Feel free to call or text to let me know you'll be arriving later than expected.lYour appointment will be have to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late. You will be charged a $50 cancellation fee and will be expected to pay another deposit to reschedule. If cancellation, rescheduling, or adjustment of time is required please notify me no later than 24 hours in advance. Failure to honor this policy will result in a cancellation fee equating to the full service amount in order to continue to book with Essence Of Eli. If you give at least a 24 hour notice your deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN A NEW DEPOSIT BEING MADE ON TOP OF THE FULL SERVICE PRICE OF MISSED SESSION BEFORE BOOKING AGAIN. NO contact lenses (You may remove them prior to the service and reapply once we are done, and your eyes are ready.
