Honestly, super bummed. I wasn’t going to leave a review until talking to some hairstylist friends about it. Canceling the day of, just hours before t...he appointment completely sucks. I specified I was traveling through town, so had no ability to reschedule but she asked me to anyways. 2 stars for attempting to schedule me with a different barber, but this totally disrupted my plans for the afternoon and left me with ugly grow out while giving first impressions at a new job. If clients are fined for a late cancellation, why aren’t you? Show more

I wanted to formally apologize for the inconvenience. I have reached out to you to offer you whatever I can to make it right by you, I'm really sorry I missed the chance to cut your hair due to an unfortunate planning on my part with picking up my kid before Kool April Nites shut half the town down. The timing wouldn't have worked for us either way unfortunately, and established clients know the cancellation fee can be avoided by communicating with me, you were not charged because it was not your fault. I hope you got the job you interviewed for and maybe you'll take me up on my offer to make it up to you 🙏🏻

I had one of the best haircut experiences in my life. I was going to make a big change and was apprehensive about it, but Faith and Delila were confi...dent and caring about the exact look I was going for. When the sensory issue got to be too much (bangs) I was offered a shield, which immediately made it comfortable. The energy at this salon is fantastic and it's obvious how much the stylists really do care about their clients. I will absolutely return again and again. Show more
