Let me begin by addressing the concerns raised in the review. If I ever make a mistake in my work, I always strive to fix the issue or resolve the problem promptly. In this case, I did not cut Carmen’s hair—I cut Nick’s hair. Carmen, who is Nick’s wife, made the appointment for him but selected the wrong service. She chose a youth haircut instead of an adult haircut. Youth haircuts are priced at $30, while adult haircuts are $40. Additionally, Carmen scheduled Nick’s appointment for 9:30 AM, and he was in the chair receiving his haircut by 9:31 AM. Nick is a fantastic individual, and the conversation we had with other veterans in the shop was truly enjoyable. Nick seemed to have a great time during his visit. Also, Mr Carmen have really enjoyed the haircut, because there was no complaints of how the overall haircut was.. We truly appreciate Nick and look forward to welcoming him back to Precision Grooming Barbershop and Spa.
