First time going to Tyrena (was recommended by brother who's a regular) and she really shows care and attention to making sure your hair and the resul...ts are to your liking. Asked questions about my hair maintenance and gave me good, beneficial advice along with products to use, and more importantly communicated what the next process or step in the appointment was so I was never lost or questioning. I also really loved how she took pictures of my hair before the trim and showed me the after trim results! Will be coming back for sure.

I scheduled for Tuesday April 22nd and was rescheduled by the stylist without any notice or update until the day of at appointment time a week later u...nfortunately. Unprofessional and the reason stylist in Cali have a bad reputation.

Hello, your appointment was never confirmed for the 22nd because it was rescheduled to a time I would be available for you. When rescheduled booksy sends a text and an email to the client, meaning you were contacted twice. I reached out the day of your appt because you did not show up. I value my customers and my business and this is review is not only false to the situation but false to the way i conduct my business.
