H...er beautiful braids were completed amazingly fast. I need to mention talking to her while she was braiding was like talking with an old friend or big sis (for my daughter). I think my experience might’ve been a one-off Bev I read the reviews and was impressed but my experience was a bit different. We had a few minor snafu...s with my arrival but she was very responsive and helpful. Our interaction was great, very welcoming and nice conversation. Overall customer interaction was good. My negative comment regards my actual hairstyle. I needed a quick last minute hair style so I opted for the (4) stitch braids because I was heading out of town for 2 weeks. 2 days after my appt, my hair started having loose flyaways. Please note: I did mention it to her and she did offer to fix the bottom of the braid once I returned but it wasn’t helpful because it unraveled more while I was gone. My actual hair begin to come loose so luckily I was able to wear a hat during some of my time away. I eventually just took it down because it just looked as though I had my hair done for weeks in even with tying it down. For a first impression with an easy style, it was not great. Show more
