Booked 2 protein treatments (for my daughter and I) which on here it say 25, was charge 130. Was told the 25 doesn’t include blow drying 🙄 who comes ...get their hair washed and not be expecting to get it dried? The description needs to say protein treatment only no blow dry for 25 dollars, not protein treatment then we blow dry and charge and extra 40 for blow drying. I won’t be going back. You don’t know what you’re being charged for poor description of services. Show more

Hey Kris, I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding. We do offer protein hair treatments for 25$ as a add on, every service aside from treatment is an additional charge. That is why we charged you 130$ for yourself & your daughter, you received a shampoo+ blow-dry + treatment for 65$ each. Treatment was 25$ & 40$ for shampoo & blow-dry. I'm sorry you didn't understand the description.
