I’ve been to Kilda a couple other times but this last experience unfortunately was unpleasant. I got faux locs & they started unraveling within a week.... Kilda said she mentioned that they would unravel, but I have no recollection of that. I reached out but she was on vacation & her initial message didn’t go through. I reached out a second time, four days later, & got a response. I had no choice but to retwist the full locs myself because they were badly unraveling, I didn’t get a response, & my graduation was the same week. I asked for a refund or redo of the style being that I had to manipulate her work & it was now different from what I wanted. She declined. I said I would be willing to just do a touch up. On Sunday, she said she could take me after a client but then said she wouldn’t anymore because of the time. It’s now Wednesday & I have yet to get a follow up. To be humble, accept constructive criticism, hear a customers complaint & fix it in a speedy manner is very basic customer service to me. Show more
