My son liked him when we first started going to him in July, just recently scheduled another time before Christmas, some personal things happened and ...I completely forgot the time, asked if could still come was only 10min late when I asked. He refused called me a no show and then complained about other clients not showing as if that had anything to do with me. He tried to make me pay for a whole cut before rescheduling. Definitely lost me as a customer. Have went else where. He needs to learn some customer service. Wouldn’t recommend simple due to his attitude and customer service, shouldn’t talk about other clients nor should he be calling people bruh when talking to a customer just simply unprofessional. Sorry you feel that way but this is a business and rules are rules you were already 15 min late then said you could be there in 30 min my other appointments don’t stop because you forgot about yours no lost here wish you and your son the best on your next barber journey💯
