This was my first time going to Giselle & Co after having a bad experience with my previous hair stylist. I did a perm with her after my first one was... a traumatizing experience. She was very educated and gave me so much info and informed me that what happened in my first appointment with my previous stylist was actually unheard of. So I really enjoyed my appointment with her and all the information she knew and told me. I felt like I was in good hands and I appreciated how she was mindful and checked often on my hair and the solution and how she applied extra products to keep from damage. I will definitely be going back to her and also referring her to others. I have a cut and color scheduled later in December. But so far I am happy with her service. Show more

Tori is everything you want in a stylist! Knowledgable, personable, kind, understanding, and an artist at what she does! I got a perm and was slightly... scared to go with tighter rods than I previously had, but Tori put all my apprehension to rest with her vision! She was able to find a middle ground to keep my hair healthy, but give me the product I had in mind. And I LOVE THE END PRODUCT. My hair is still soft and the curls are sooooo cute! Thank you Tori!
