I’ve been going to Ceci for over two years now, and I can honestly say she doesn’t just cut hair, she treats it like art. You can tell she genuinely l...oves what she does. On top of that, she’s got a great sense of humor. The conversation is always just as good as the haircut, half the time I’m laughing in the chair.
