Lydie, I apologize for this experience with my brand. At the time, I had transitioned careers and was working in my tattoo shop that is literally next-door to the barbershop. I was unaware that my bookings were still open for haircuts, so I did not see your booking request. Again, I apologize for this experience. This is not a reflection of how I handle my clients my business or my brand. I’m in the process of transitioning this account into a public place for my tattoo bookings. I hope all is well with you.
