Paulo was great! I had booked my appointment through a website that was not the salons so the salon was unaware of the appointment. Paulo was very und...erstanding and fulfilled the appointment anyways. We were on the same page about my cut and style, he gave wonderful advice on which direction I should go with the cut, and made me feel very comfortable.
