Every time I book for acrylic toes and come in and tell them what I want, the girls immediately start speaking in their native language and laughing. ...The girl acts like she doesn’t want to do my feet and I’m paying her for a service. I let that slide and I book again for a fill in and they have the audacity to cancel my appointment like I gave them a hard time. When in actuality I wasn’t a hard customer and I still tipped her $10 for the service after making me feel very uncomfortable. If you don’t want to do the acrylic toes service then please take it down because now I have to find someone else to do them last minute. Show more

Sorry for the inconvenience that you say you missed but as you know Carolina will be on vacation, 13 noviembre she goes back to work on the 20th, the appointment was going to reschedule you with another person and if you don't understand Spanish how are you sure we'll laugh at you if you always see us in this salon we'll laugh at you and we're happy because you come here to enjoy, if you want to know what people say, I suggest you ask, not to put something that you know isn't true because also how did you give the 5 stars before that you liked all the service and attention, if you want to know something just ask and you will be told. Most technicians know that they can't talk about the clients so that you know!
