Hey Spencer, thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry you didn't get the most out of your time here at the shop. Typically facial hair is an additional service not included with a haircut, but there is an option which would include both that is available when booking. I apologize for not offering a razor edge up, usually that is done upon request as some clients have more sensitive skin, but I should have asked regardless. I hope you consider booking with us again, we'd like an opportunity to give you a better experience next time. Thanks again.
