My nails are lifting and it’s barely been a week. The picture I showed the nail tech is not even the same as my nails at the moment. The application w...as too big at the bottom and they look all puffy. I understand it was my dumb reason to add the 3-D add ants but at the same time they’re very ugly, which wasn’t my doing. it is all just really confusing why I have a bad review for this place because all the other people who have gotten their nails done from this establishment have all had good reviews and mine just seems to be the odd one out. I had to wait over one hour to get my nails done because she decided to have another client before mine. I already had a set appointment and she was mid doing someone’s nails as if I wasn’t coming in at two. she also took many breaks to go on her phone and to also go check and see what was going on outside while the other employee was having an argument with a possible client of hers. True indeed it was only $65 but I can see why it’s $65 because my nails look so cheap and raggedy. The polish is also chipping. :) Show more

I highly recommend you expressing all concerns or dissatisfaction before leaving to give the tech the opportunity to make any necessary adjustments. When scheduling an appointment it’s a great way to immediately walk in and receive your service or allow you to have a shorter wait time while tech is finishing the customer before your appointment.
