Today I had the pleasure of experiencing the De-Stress and Detox session, and WOW it was amazing! This was a much needed package for me as I have be...en under an immense amount of stress this year (working 14 hour days, sitting all day, all video calls, chaotic work environment, the works…). That’s just a piece of the pie but enough to create mounds of tension and stress in my body. Sarge definitely had the answer for all of that with this session. Sarge is an AMAZING massage therapist, and I have been a faithful client for over a year. But this one was even unexpected for me. I feel like it was a layered experience, starting out with the Sauna. This felt delightful to my body as I felt my muscles relaxing, and as someone who develops seasonal asthma, my respiratory system felt so much better after finishing the sauna. Sweat was leaking off of me, so ladies, be prepared for that! That was followed by a warm rinse, cupping, then the massage (so emphasis on a LAYERED sesh)! Top Tier! 🤤 the rinse was soooooo refreshing after being sweaty from the sauna, and helped reset my relaxation mode for the cupping and massage. The cupping felt amazing! It felt like the knots were rolling out of my back but it was the best feeling. The massage 🙌🏾 everything was in flow so the massage took me straight to heaven! 😌 I hope Sarge is in this business forever because that one is tough to beat! This is a MUST EXPERIENCE!
