Cancelled 40 minutes before my session and didn’t offer any accommodation for the inconvenience of him canceling last minute twice. For someone who h...as been in business for many years I would expect a better experience.

First and foremost Sarge is the best at what he does!! I've been a massage client for a while now so I decided to add personal training and it's been ...worth it. He's attentive and motivating. But don't think he'll let you slack under any circumstances!! He will make sure you get a great workout in but not in a pushy way. Book your session today, you will NOT regret it!

Mike’s training style is this perfect mix of being super motivating but also really down-to-earth. He didn’t just push me—he listened, and adjusted th...e plan to fit my current fitness level. If you’re looking for someone who really gets you and pushes you in all the right ways, this is your person. I’m so grateful I took the leap!

“I have truly enjoyed and benefited from the monthly Personal Training sessions with Mike. The sessions help push me beyond my comfort zone while work...ing toward my desired fitness goals. He is very intentional in targeting specific areas through careful planning and preparation, and he ensures that I execute each exercise correctly. I also appreciate that he shares the workouts for me to continue on my own between sessions, which helps me stay consistent and motivated.”
