The owner of the salon ruined my hair, she did not follow any instructions on how I wanted my layers to look like. I repeated over and over before the... service started that I didn’t want a lot of my hair cut. She did whatever she wanted, cut too into my u shaped layers and gave me v shaped layers. Before going into the salon my hair was very healthy and long. After my hair was choppy and the scissors she used gave me spilt ends. This is besides her overcharging me for the “ money pieces “ I got. She used three foils in the most awkward spot. For the very little color I got she charged me for a full head of highlights. When I went back to get my hair fixed she tried to charge me even more for her mistake. Not only did she not acknowledge the damage she did but she raised her voice and threatened to not give me my money back. I did get my money back thank God, but my hair is still ruined. Absolutely terrible work, and terrible customer service. Show more

Niña, ya veo tu mala intención desde que hiciste la cita mal y Desde que llegastes a mi negocio fuistes muy problemática. Tu intención era no pagar y Lo lograstes por que se te devolvio todo tu dinero. Que por cierto fue poco lo que se te cobró para lo extra abundante de cabello que tienes y lo largo que es. Pero lamento mucho que no tengas el presupuesto necesario para ir a mi salón. Espero encuentres un lugar que se ajuste a tus necesidades.
