I apologize that your hair didn’t come out the way you preferred. I do recall you asking if the twist could be tighter at the root once I finished the style and had you asked at the beginning of the service I would have braided the root then twisted. The reside is the edge control. That’s my mistake I didn’t think it would turn white. The way I twisted your hair is the way i twist all my clients hair, I don’t do box partings but will if that’s the preference. The outcome of 2 strand twist depend on the persons texture of hair. Coily hair gives the best results. Had I understood the level of dissatisfaction I would have redone the style or gave you a complimentary 2 strand twist style another day taking into consideration your preferences and made those corrections. Instead of coming to the app to leave a review, You could have spoke to me in person, I’ve done your hair several times i would have had no problem fixing it.

I’m truly sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your recent experience. I take pride in the health of my client’s hair, and I want to address your concerns directly. During your service I listened to all your concerns pertaining to prior hair damage experiences and answered every question you asked, so I truly have empathy for your feelings. However, I want to clarify that the straightening technique I used is the same method that I apply to all of my clients, many of whom have had positive results without damage. While straightening your hair I used a heat protectant, and a flat iron spray which both provide thermal protection. Regarding the strong scent you mentioned, this is very normal for your hair to smell like it was straightened and it isn’t a burned smell. While I appreciate the feedback, I would ever never compromise the health of your hair. My goal is always to support my clients hair journey and provide guidance for maintaining healthy hair. Again, I sincerely apologize for you not being satisfied with your service.
