I’ve been coming to Chrissy for a while now, and I can confidently say my locs have never been healthier, more vibrant, or more loved. Every appointme...nt is consistent, professional, and honestly… therapeutic. From my very first visit when I started my locs, I knew I had found my person. Each time, my retwist is clean and neat without being too tight, and the styles? Always fire. I’ve tried a few different looks and somehow, she nails it every single time. My hair gets so many compliments that I’ve lost count and I got the best one today! Which prompted me to come back today and brag on her some more! What I appreciate most is the genuine care. She doesn’t rush, takes time to assess what my hair needs that day, and always uses products that leave my locs feeling soft and strong. It’s clear she’s passionate about her craft, and it shows in every detail including my edges. Coming to her feels less like a hair appointment and more like self-care. The boho hair for the boho braids I received was sparse & only went halfway down the length of my braids. When I expressed my frustration and referenc...ed the difference in the pictures of her work she showed me vs my boho braids she stated she would return to fix the issue. After I rendered payment I received a text back stating she was not going to fix my hair. Frustrated and disappointed. She did return $50 of my payment, however that was not our agreement, the agreement was that she would return to fix the issue. The braids are also extremely uneven. The parting is uneven. I am including a side by side of my hair and the photo she sent of what she said it would look like. wish I could’ve left zero stars. Show more
