I do my best and I am on time every morning but I do ask that what must be taken into consideration is that it is possible that the client(s) prior to you may or may not be on time in which makes me run behind. Good morning I'm sorry you're dissatisfied. You booked for shampoo and conditioner mold with curl. You received all of that. I tried to discuss with you how you wanted your hair and what you had booked for since it's not cut in any style you said do whatever. I suggested that you did need your ends cut or even cut in the style. You let me know that you were growing it out and wanted to see what it could do. If you wanted to book for a deeper conditioning treatments such as olaplex,protein or any of the such all of that is on my services and you have to book for it as such. Be blessed
