My apology that your experience was unsatisfactory. Your appointment was at 10:00 you arrived at 10:40 your service. My booking site states that anything after 15 minutes is a canceled appointment. Being I still service you. Even though your hair was not combed out and I explained to you the service you booked required a relaxer which you refused. I offered you a silk press you chose a wash and condition.Perhaps another salon will suit you.
