I came in and was greeted right away. The hair technician, Morgan, was attentive to my hair and handled it properly without overly putting stress on m...y already damaged hair. She appeared to be very knowledgeable in dealing with natural type 4c hair. I rated a 4 only because the water was cold . my hair itself turned out fine. but we barely washed my hair. when i got back home i noticed i still had dandruff. it took around two hours for my hai...r to be blow dried. he kept complaining about how this was only his second silk press and how “long” my hair was. once he finally finished blow drying my hair. (with help) and started the flat ironing process. he kept commenting on the length of my hair and saying how he hope his next client doesn’t have as much hair as me. that made me very uncomfortable. someone else started helping him flat ironing my hair and i honestly wished she just did the whole service. he kept insinuating he couldn’t do it his self and even sat down. all in all. i would go back but i wouldn’t let him touch my hair. especially if he isn’t confident enough to do all different types of hair textures. Carneshia (massage therapist) was OUTSTANDING! Very professional and personable! So sweet, thorough, and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. My only... complaint is the male Instructor came out of his office during my massage, with lights on and I was naked. I didn’t agree to that! TT, did my pedicure. I know she is new to the school and is learning, but she seemed awkwardly uncomfortable. I opted to not get toe polish because she seemed “nervous”. Show more

We apologize if you felt a moment of discomfort, however as a Massage Therapy Instructor he is required to check on the student’s progress throughout the service. It is also the student’s responsibility to maintain coverage over the client throughout the service. As she should have notified him that you were leaving the table to get dressed or undressed behind the privacy screens and into a robe. Our instructor is a veteran with the utmost respect for women as well as his profession and would never intentionally make anyone uncomfortable. He has been with us over a year and has supervised several students providing services and we have NEVER had an issue. We will, however be sure to bring this review to both his and the student's attention. The student who performed your nail service should have been completely comfortable with the polish portion as she has provided this service before. However, she is a student and at times they are temperamental. Once again, our apologies and thanks for patronizing TTC.
