Very warm and friendly atmosphere. However, blow drying my hair was awful since the wrong brush was used. Also, student in training wasn’t knowledgeab...le of how to do a silk press which isn’t the same as a flat iron. Proper hair equipment and products to do silk press needs to be purchased. After silk pressing my hair it looked as if I just finish getting an at home blow dry. I had to go come and conditioning my natural hair and just gave myself a twist style. Show more
