I’ve always had long hair, so I was really nervous about cutting it short. Lisa immediately put me at ease with her friendly and reassuring attitude. ...She suggested we start by cutting just a little, and if I wanted to go shorter, I could come back the next day and she’d happily adjust it—which is exactly what happened. When I decided I did want it shorter, she got me in right away and made the whole process so easy and comfortable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to exactly what I wanted. I’m really happy with how it turned out. I would definitely recommend Lisa!
