I truly respect your feedback but also these are false accusations. I did indeed respond to all your messages at a timely manner as I am doing hair all hours of the day and respond at my earliest convenience. You contacted me on facebook I sent booking link same day and you booked and I approved appointment. You then wrote me on Instagram with several questions and I responded to each message same day or next day. I also informed I provide hair but for additional cost. I did cancel appointment 4 hrs before your appointment but I also tried to accommodate you for the appointment as I explained it was my fault and was willing to do it the next day. I also found several other hairstylist that could get you in the day you requested. I also explained that I was in super pain and didn't think I would make it through your appointment which is why I wanted to reschedule. Which you were very understanding. I did not intentionally cancel the appointment. I apologize once again as you didn't get the service you were desiring. But one thing I do and will always do is have great customer service and try my best to accommodate my clients when need be. I am very professional and can understand any clients frustration when getting cancelled. We are all human and things happen. Thank you for your feedback.
