Communication could be better. My daughter & myself sent a text message as demanded on site and no reply was received. My minor child had to knock on ...several doors to get the correct apartment number. Providing the appropriate apartment number number after payment confirmation is HIGHLY recommended. My son says he likes the line/shave though.

I had a client in my chair when your daughter arrived a few minutes early... I operate on a strict time schedule, arriving early doesn't mean I have to service you early. I serviced them on time and responded as I should. Your son told me he liked the cut.
