  Hi girls! How are things? I hope everyone is well. Stay tunned for upcoming details to better understand new policies and procedures that have been implemented... My cancellation policy allows you to reschedule and/or cancel your appointment directly from the app, or by direct messaging me 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hrs before, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of your booked services at your next appointment. For refills, you must have at least 30-50% of the thread remaining. Less than that and you will be charged for a full set. It is important that all clients arrive promptly at their scheduled time. There is a max-tolerance of 15 minutes for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and 50% of the total amount of your procedure will be charged.
