Arrived about 15 mins early my son wasn’t in the chair until about 45 mins after the appt. Not even mad about that. I spoke to the stylist, we discuss...ed what my son wanted, she showed me pics, my son looked at the pics, everything was cool and I left him there. I prepaid $85 and this is what my son came out with. I went back in with him because some of the twists were already unraveling and asked her to tighten them. By the end of the night they were unraveling again because the twists were way too big! Nothing like the pic we were showed. Extremely disappointed, my son pulled them out two days later and I’m out $85 plus tip. Show more

When you first came up to me I told you I was in school and I was learning. The service that you wanted wasn’t on my cite to book and you booked under a different service. I agreed to do it anyway and added in the haircut($25) for you. Your refund is on it's way, thank you !
