Experience was so horrible I thought I was being punked . She did not greet me or introduce herself , I walked in the salon and she just asked what ar...e you getting done . I had to ask her if she was Ana . Then the wash was terrible , usually my favorite part and I like a good scrub but she was EXTRA rough and I don’t say that lightly , the lower back of my head is currently bruised . Then when we got to chair I had to adjust the neck of the cover several times , she made it extra tight . All I came in for was a blow dry and she rushed through. She kept yanking at my necklace , hitting the brush against my head and ears . The blow dry looked terrible (her technique should have been a red flag) and I was so scared she was done (she told me at this point to start sending her the money) but then she started with the flat iron , she rushed through that too, so much so that I thought she was going to burn me . Then when she was actually done— not so much as a your done , thank you nothing . End result wasn’t super horrible but I could tell the back of my head was still damp and the ends looked terrible . In an hour my hair was starting to wave and puff up. I’ve been going to Dominican and Cuban hairdressers all my life . This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had , period . I found her through reviews on Booksy and am shocked she has 4.9 stars. I contemplated writing this review , I waited a whole day but it needed saying . Show more

My hair stylist was timely and very kind , she offered beverages and snack and gently handled my hair and even showed me pic of the result and i love... it even tho it was my first time experiencing a keratin treatment with long hair and didnt know what to expect , she did had patience and very neat , she even gived me discount, a must try hair salon .
