Last week I booked an appt for 6 and received comfirmation. Showed up early asked for Allen and he wasnt there. Thankfully someone took me as a walk... in. At 6:30 Alan text me saying He just saw I booked, hadn't been at the shop and asked if I could go tomorrow. That wasnt true, was told by someone at the shop "he does this all the time" and was here today. I was out of town for business and ended waisting an hour and half of my time. In reponse to Alans reply, Since he can't own up to making a mistake. I booked 24 hours in advance. I walked in and was asked "Do you have an appointment?" I said "Yes, with Alan." I kid you not every barber reponded with "Ah..damn". My response "That doesn't sound good". Every barber laughed and none them were shocked you weren't there. I clearly heard "Yeah he does that alot" Another barber in the shop cut my hair. (Also told me the samething) Either all the other barbers don't like you and called you out or you made a mistake. Either way the shop is nice but I know who I wouldn't book with. Good luck to you Show more

You booked last minute (before 24hrs notice) if u would’ve taken the time to look at my profile it says that any appts made before 24hrs have to be confirmed thru text or call. All appts get “accepted” automatically by Bookzy, I have no control over that. But it’s all good thanks for the review. Good luck in finding another barber. 👍🏼
