Unprofessional! I made appointment with him and I called him to confirm the appointment, I couldn’t get a hold of him ( I thought they/him was busy), ...I ended up going to the shop as I got an email confirmation of the appointment. I DROVE 1 hour 20 mins and when I got to the shop they closed the door right on my face, I told them I had an appointment but they never cared about I had to say, I tried to explain I drove 1 hour 20 min and I had made appointment but they kept saying over me “We are closed” The barbershop is called Premier image in Burnsville, MN! And I never heard from this barber! Don’t waste your time with him and them.

Booked an appointment. Upon arrival I was told that there not doing any more cuts. I then mentioned my appointment that I booked with the shop. I was ...told that didn’t matter and they were done doing cuts. I had a flight the next morning too. Bad service.
