We scheduled a 10:00 AM appointment for my stepson and arrived at 9:55 am. The parking lot was empty and no one was there. We waited for someone to ar...rive and called the number multiple times, but no one answered. When we called again later that afternoon, the person who answered (who also stated they were the owner) was extremely rude and resorted to personal attacks instead of addressing the situation. I would not recommend this business.

I’m sorry for your disappointment. Your appointment was at 10. You and your stepson were not here and you call at 1009. As adults were supposed to be early to appointments not 10 minutes late and then call. I respect my clients time and being late makes everyone late. Thank you
