⭐️ 1 Star Had a confirmed appointment, but the barber never showed up. I waited over an hour — no call, no text, nothing. I get it, things happen, bu...t a simple heads-up goes a long way. I drove 30 minutes to make it on time just to end up waiting around. Luckily another barber looked out and squeezed me in, but that shouldn’t have even been the case. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my son’s haircut. I paid $30, and it genuinely looks as though the barber barely touched his head with the... clippers. The cut is uneven and lacks any real blend or shape — far from what I expected for the price. I try to support local businesses, but this experience was unacceptable. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this shop based on the quality of work received. Show more

Had an appointment for my son's haircut at 2pm . When we arrive I was told his barber Leo was not in. The gentlemen even tried to call him but send hi...m to voice-mail. We never received a call or txt letting us know . It's super upsetting having to drive all the way from HAMPTON and not get any message letting me know he wasn't going to come in or reschedule our appointment. Really disappointed since he has really good reviews and we been looking for someone with good work since moving from Houston. Show more

I was hesitant to write a review cause I don’t like doing that to businesses, but this is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. I booked an appoi...ntment with Leonel at 10:30am on a Friday, showed up early… they came in late… i sit down and another barber asks me to sit on his chair and I said: I booked an appointment with Leonel, and he said: that’s fine, he won’t be here until 12pm - no call, no time slots blocked out or nothing to let me know… he proceeds to cut me and did a decent job. Fine. Next time I come, the exact same thing happened. Naweed cuts me again. So I ask for his info to book an appointment with him instead for next time. I booked an appointment with him (Naweed) for today (Friday 10:30am) I’m here at the parking lot and its 10:45am and the doors are locked and he hasn’t showed up. THIS IS NOT OKAY! You guys are disrespecting people’s time and commitment by showing up early and booking appointments on time and you guys not showing up. Its insane and can’t believe you guys would act like its okay. Then if we cancel, you’re quick to charge us a fee. You kidding me? Show more

If I could go half a star I would . I scheduled mine and my sons haircut for Saturday at 10 AM , ans it was confirmed for that time. We come over at 1...0 AM Leo is not there . We patiently waited untill 10:30 he never showed up. I asked another barber to call him and see whats going on . He answered and said I don't come in until 12 PM , you can wait, get a cut from another barber (there was only one there that has his customers to take care of) or you can schedule another appointment. I was furious. Definitely not coming back here again. Show more
